The Heart of Commonhealth.
Commonhealth Psychological is a team of dedicated clinicians providing whole-person, evidence-based mental health care. We look beyond symptoms to support meaningful change in how people connect with themselves, their relationships, and their communities. Our active, collaborative approach integrates talk therapy with attention to lifestyle and wellbeing—because healing grows through engagement, not isolation.
Founded by psychologists Dr. Patrick Mullen and Dr. Lindsey Salerno, our practice is rooted in the belief that collective wellbeing depends on the care we extend to one another.

Why We Built This Practice
We didn’t set out to replicate an outdated mental health system—we set out to fix what wasn’t working. Too many people struggle to access care that feels human, coordinated, and grounded in meaningful progress. We built Commonhealth to offer something different: an approach that restores dignity, connection, and a clear path forward.
People deserve care that is integrated, action-oriented, and rooted in science—not delivered in isolation, but strengthened through relationships and collaboration. We are reimagining what outpatient mental health can be—for patients seeking real change and for clinicians who deserve a model that supports whole-person healing.

Our Philosophy: Treat the Whole Human
Mental health is shaped by everything: emotions, physiology, stress, habits, environment, relationships, culture, and purpose.
So therapy should reflect all of it.
Our whole-person, process-based approach uses the latest behavioral science to help people:
- Understand what’s driving their patterns
- Build new habits and actions
- Heal in their relationships
- Feel and process emotions safely
- Move toward a more meaningful life
Insight is important — but action is what transforms.

Our Commitment to Clinicians
Great care starts with cared-for clinicians. Our therapists are supported, trained, connected, and encouraged to grow. Clients benefit from clinicians who are present, energized, and practicing at the highest level.
Better-supported clinicians = better outcomes for you.
