Why is our practice called Commonhealth? The name is a deliberate nod to our home in Pennsylvania and the word "commonwealth"—a community organized for the common good. We believe health works the same way: it's shared, collective, and built through relationships and community.
We didn't set out to replicate the traditional mental health system. We built something better—integrated, action-oriented care that doesn't keep you in therapy forever. Our goal is to give you the skills to graduate and live your life with your own resources and the people who matter.
Because health isn't something you achieve alone. It's something we build together.
